Sample Before Bulk

Approve the Product Before You Scale It.

A development sample lets you confirm the real garment—not just the idea. Fit, fabric, GSM, color, wash, decoration, labels and packaging can all be checked before bulk production begins.

Sample GoalTurn requirements into one approved reference.

The approved sample becomes the visual and measurable standard for the production order.

Before Sampling

Send the Information That Matters Most.

The first sample becomes much more useful when the starting direction is clear. You do not need a perfect tech pack, but you should define the product as specifically as possible.

01 / Fit

Measurements or Reference Garment

Share target chest, length, shoulder and sleeve measurements—or send a reference garment that represents the intended fit.

02 / Fabric

Composition, GSM & Hand Feel

Confirm cotton content, target weight, surface character and whether the garment should feel structured, soft or washed.

03 / Artwork

Print, Embroidery or Wash Direction

Provide artwork files, placement references and finish expectations so the decoration can be developed on the actual garment.

04 / Brand

Labels, Tags & Packaging

Tell us which private-label details need to be included in the sample round and which can be confirmed after fit approval.

Sample Review

Review It Like a Production Prototype.

The purpose of the sample is to remove uncertainty before the order scales. Review measurable details first, then visual and brand details.

Fit & MeasurementsCheck body width, length, shoulder drop, sleeve volume, collar shape and overall silhouette.
Fabric & SurfaceConfirm weight, hand feel, shrinkage direction, wash character and color.
Decoration & PlacementInspect print scale, embroidery, wash effects and exact artwork position on the garment.
Brand DetailsConfirm label placement, hang tags and packaging only after the garment foundation is approved.
Sampling Workflow

One Clear Sequence From Brief to Bulk.

Keeping the sample process linear prevents too many variables from changing at the same time.

01 / Brief

Share the Direction

Send measurements, reference images, artwork and target material information.

02 / Develop

Build the Sample

Pattern, fabric and decoration are prepared around the requested product direction.

03 / Review

Check the Garment

Compare fit, fabric, artwork, color and construction against your intended standard.

04 / Revise

Correct What Matters

Adjust only the confirmed issues so the next round stays controlled and easy to compare.

05 / Approve

Lock the Reference

The approved sample and specifications become the reference for bulk production and repeat orders.

Best practice:Approve the fit and fabric before adding too many optional brand details. A stable garment foundation makes later decoration, labels and packaging much easier to control.
