Puff / Raised Print

Raised Puff Print for Bold Streetwear Graphics.

Puff print adds physical depth to lettering, symbols and selected graphic areas. The effect depends on ink build, fabric surface and curing control, so the approved sample should be developed on the actual T-shirt specification before bulk.

Why Use Puff Print

Texture Becomes Part of the Graphic.

Puff works best when the design is simplified enough to let the raised surface do the visual work. We use it selectively so the garment still feels premium rather than overloaded.

Strong 3D Raised Effect

Create a clear tactile difference between the base fabric and the printed graphic.

Works With Bold Color Blocking

Raised print can be used as a single-color statement or combined with controlled color contrast.

Soft but Defined Hand Feel

Correct expansion and cure balance are used to avoid a brittle or overly heavy surface.

Designed Around the Actual Fabric

Fabric weight, stretch and finish are checked before the print standard is approved.

Production Workflow

From Artwork to Finished Raised Print.

Puff print is sensitive to line width, ink deposit and curing. The production sequence is controlled so the final expansion remains repeatable across the order.

Before Bulk

Expansion Has to Match the Fabric and Artwork.

Puff print does not behave the same on every garment. The approved result depends on the base fabric, print area, line thickness, ink deposit and curing conditions working together.

01
Artwork ScaleThin details and very small gaps are adjusted so the expanded ink does not close up the design.
02
Fabric SurfaceHeavy jersey, washed fabric and fleece can respond differently, so the actual garment is used for sampling.
03
Cure & Wash TestHeight, cracking, adhesion and appearance after washing are checked before the bulk standard is locked.

Best Fit for Puff

Bold Graphics. Heavyweight Tees. Controlled Texture.

Puff is most effective when used intentionally on strong letterforms, symbols or selected graphic zones instead of covering every detail of the artwork.
