Fiber & Blend
Choose cotton or blended construction around hand feel, durability, wash direction and end-use requirements.
Match composition, GSM, hand feel and shrinkage to the intended streetwear silhouette before print, wash or bulk production decisions are locked.
GSM alone does not define a good streetwear fabric. Structure, drape, surface, shrinkage and the target fit all need to work as one product system.
Choose cotton or blended construction around hand feel, durability, wash direction and end-use requirements.
Use fabric weight together with knitting density and drape to support the intended oversized or boxy silhouette.
Consider how washing, garment dye or vintage finishing may change dimensions, surface and overall character.
Confirm that the selected fabric works with the pattern block, print method, embroidery or other finishing processes.

A measurement chart does not tell the whole story. Two T-shirts with the same measurements can hang very differently when fabric weight, stiffness and drape change.
The purpose is to narrow the material direction before bulk—not to overwhelm the project with too many fabric options.
Share the target fit, product weight, finish, price direction and reference garments or tech pack.
Compare suitable compositions, GSM ranges, surfaces and hand feel around the intended streetwear character.
Review fit, shrinkage, wash response and decoration compatibility on the actual sample before bulk approval.
